These are Project-wide options which apply across Knowledge Modules These can be accessed either via the pull down menu 'Project Tools / Project Options' or by double-clicking on the word "Project" in the left-hand explorer view and selecting the tab 
on the right-hand side of the editor.
Compressed Project Database Storage: This setting if enabled the environment will try and compress the information written to the project database.
Checksum On Project Commit: This option adds a cyclic redundancy check to the knowledge module data to enable verification that the read/write was successful.
Unique Project Object Names: When this setting is enabled new objects cannot be created with the same name as existing objects, even if the objects are in different knowledge modules.
Boolean Atomic Base Class Default Values: This setting is where the two values for the boolean base class can be set..
